As a first-generation college student, Dr. Nathan Cao has built his career around hard work, service, and a passion for helping others. Originally from Vietnam, he immigrated to the United States in 2014 and pursued his interest in science and healthcare by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology from the University of California, Davis, before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. Throughout his academic journey, he was recognized with Dean’s Scholarships for his dedication to academic excellence and service.

Dr. Cao is passionate about expanding access to quality oral healthcare and serving communities with limited access to dental services. During dental school, he participated in humanitarian mission trips to Honduras and Jamaica, where he provided dental care and oral health education to underserved populations. These experiences strengthened his commitment to service and inspired his lifelong dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Dr. Cao believes exceptional dental care begins with compassion, trust, and open communication. He strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to make informed decisions about their oral health. His goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care while helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles they can enjoy for years to come.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cao enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
